Polyester (PET) with high resistance to hydrolysis is used for the production of dryer fabrics

Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a material that is 100% resistant to hydrolysis over a wide range of pH. It is used for production of seams on dryer fabrics in order to increase seam durability

Anti-sticky polyester (PET) is a PET with a special composition that reduces adhesion to dirt and is used for paper machines where stickies on dryer fabrics are a problem.

Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) is a 100% hydrolysis resistant material and is used for high temperature dryers where hydrolysis of polyester dryer fabrics is an issue. PPS yarns can be used to make the entire dryer fabric or just the edges of the fabric, which are usually the most stressed by high temperature.

Polyester (PET) with high abrasion resistance is used for the production of filter belts.

Polyamide (PA) is used for high pH applications. A combination of PET and PA is used in some filter belts to increase abrasion resistance.

Polypropylene (PP) is used for applications where high resistance to chemicals over a wide pH range is required.
